PILOGA

PILOGA is a fun mix of Pilates and Yoga. The exercises are designed to increase core stabilisation muscles and improve flexibility. Breathing exercises are essential to our health and wellbeing and peace of mind through meditation.

Where can you do PILOGA?

PILOGA can be done almost anywhere where you can put a yoga mat.

If you can get a group of minimum of 6 people together, I am happy to do a session at your home or venue of your choice (if you live within a 20km radius of Durban).

 

PILOGA Classes

2 times per week or 8 session per month.

Additional sessions can be arranged each week with advanced booking.

Booking is essential for all classes due to limited space and availability.
